Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
The Fragrant Story is currently offering Free Standard Shipping on orders $90 and over to all Australian addresses.
Terms and conditions of the offer:
- Your order value must be at least $90
- Your delivery address must be located within Australia; and
- This offer is ongoing and is subject to change or may be withdrawn at any time
- Excludes corporate orders and whole sale orders
Standard Delivery charges:
- $10 flat rate postage and handling within Australia
All goods are dispatched from Melbourne and are delivered by Australia Post.
All orders will be dispatched in 2-5 business days. As each candle is handmade and hand-poured, slight delays may occur during busy periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and we will assist you.
Please note it can take longer to remote and regional areas. We rely on our delivery partners to successfully deliver within their recommended service time frames.
